Receivership of Healthcare Facility
To prevent a mass exodus of patients following the announcement that a healthcare facility had been placed into a court-ordered receivership, we were engaged by the outside counsel of the facility to manage the communications surrounding the issue.  In addition to developing the communications strategy and rapid response program, we drafted initial messages and documents for multiple audiences to ensure clear and consistent communications. We served as the primary spokesperson and managed all media relations efforts.
